Counts: a completed quote
A real person, through your code, who gets to a price. That is a qualified lead and, for a non-licensed partner, that is what is paid.
Six steps, none of them hard. Most partners are live within a business day of applying.
Company name, what kind of partner you are, a work email and a phone number. Two minutes. Your portal opens the moment you submit, in a pending state.
A human checks the application - for a licensed producer that includes the license - and sets your rate per product. You get an email when your code is live.
Your QR code as SVG and PNG, a ready-to-print standee poster with your code in it, and the plain link for emails and texts. All on the Materials page of your portal.
Your code opens our renters quote with your company prefilled as the interested party. Good, Better, Best; pick, pay, covered. You get an email on every bind.
Every quote lands on your Leads page the moment it is priced, with a status: qualified, bound, or not counted (and why). Property manager accounts also see the policies at their buildings.
We build a statement from your qualified leads (or bound policies, for a licensed producer), you see it in the portal, and we pay it. Paid lines are marked paid, with the method and reference.
The rules are the same for every partner and they are visible on every ledger row.
A real person, through your code, who gets to a price. That is a qualified lead and, for a non-licensed partner, that is what is paid.
The same lead going on to buy. For a licensed producer this is the pay event; for everyone else it is the policy you now see in your portal.
The same person quoting again within 30 days, and a quote under your own contact address. Both stay on your ledger marked not counted, so nothing disappears silently.
Attribution is first touch for 90 days. The first partner code a person's browser sees is credited for anything they quote in the next 90 days, scan or no scan. It is generous to you, and it is the honest way to handle a resident who scans in your lobby and buys from home the following week.
Your tracking link is off until you are approved. A scan before then opens the quote without crediting you. Wait for the email, then print.
